The taller brother of Sans, Papyrus's dream is to join the Royal Guard and to protect the Underground, and the only way to prove is worth is to capture a human. His only problem? He's really too kind to harm anybody, and he only looks for friends and respect. His armour is actually a halloween costume that he's never taken off, but he does wash it! By that, he showers in it.
I'm genuinely surprised that there's barely any Undertale skins here, if any at all. If noone's going to do it, i guess I'll keep goin'!~
