It's a girl dressed as a GPS.
It's actually a hilarious costume, walk up to a random person, yell "recalculating!" in their face, turn around, repeat.
Maybe throw in a "turn lift" if that's getting old
(plus maybe the GPS will help you find candy and not get lost trick-or-treating?)
a weird/crazy halloween costume.
