A totally revamped version of my old NCR soldier skin I posted way back. I'm rekindling my skin making skill, and this is the second skin I've posted for a long while.
This skin is modeled after an NCR soldier from the game known as Fallout: New Vegas. This is the "male" version, (Steve arms, 4pix) I also have another which is a "female version" (In the sense that it fits the Alex 3pix arms.
I've left the actual person in the armour ambiguous for your personal use, so that you may make the person to your liking, but still have the armour.
