this is one of the germans police force the Riot Guards they protect one of the most harshes prison knownin the heart of Berlin when there capture prisoniers are question and use Police Burtiality for there sheer enjoyment. they are highly skilled and use both batons and assault rifle in order to keep the prisonier in place.
