Miguel O'Hara, aka, the Spider-man, or his editorial name Spider-man 2099, is a brilliant scientist in the field of genetics who worked at Alchemax in the year 2099, though he noticed something wasn't right at the company.  When he learned his suspicion's were correct, his corrupt employers found out.  Miguel was captured and expiremented on that replaced 50% of his human DNA with that of a spider.  He gained arachind-like abilities, and learning of the legednary Spider-man of the 21st century, he designed a costume to fight crime as Spider-man.  He truely is worthy of the name for all he has done for other's, just as Peter Parker has before him and in his time traval adventures with Peter.
