The Midnight Killer is a quick skin I whipped up with MC Skin 3D. 

Backstory:
Legend tells that long, long, ago, there was a man. He had a happy life, with a wife and kids, and a well-paying job. One day, at work, something went wrong. The building went up in flames, many people died. This man made it out alive, but not un-damaged. He lost half of his brain cells, and the rest was corrupted. He went insane. He killed hundreds. He died 2 years later. His spirit forever haunts that city. He wears a bloody tuxedo, with a mask, wielding a knife. Any citizen that crosses his path WILL DIE.

This skin relates to the contest, one: He is a common legend that takes place on halloween day. Two: He is a costume plenty people dress as. Three: He is in the theme of halloween. (NOTE: This is all things a made up, not a real legend.)
