Based off of KawaiiCandyPopx3's Ultear skin (I have her permission :3) Red-did the arms, legs and torso, changed the hair and hair colour, added in coat layers and converted it to Alex Arms instead of Steve Arms :3
Used all the correct colours from pictures of Ultear in the Anime
(I know she wears a blue cape at times, so if you have a Minecon 2012 cape then this skin will look even better :3)
