This skin is the Baron Von Dracuolloween.
He was a guy who was obsessed with winning halloween costume contests but his parents never let him participate. . . So each year he spent improving his disguise hoping to be allowed to participate until. . . One day the baron was placed disguise and could not remove it because the costume had come to life and controlled the body of its creator.
So each year the suit to the streets with his zombified carrier to steal sweets also ruin other disguises
