Vampiress

This relates to the contest because something may be up with this costume, the person wearing it appears to have red eyes.... But surely a vampire wouldn't dress up as a vampire for Halloween! That's crazy... or would they? They do seem strangely pale.... There could be bat wings hiding under that cape, who knows.. And everyone I've seen going to her door hasn't come back. Gasp! Could it be true? A vampire was drinking the trick or treaters' blood! Oh dear!

( so yeah thats how the skin relates to the theme (sort of?), because the crazy part is a real vampire went dressed as a vampire for halloween)
