This is a Retro School Boy placed around the 70's and 60's style and goes to school wearing this orange uniform, he likes to read and do math. I think this skin realtes to the Retro Skin Contest because it has a style for the mid 70's or 60's the style is made to look "Retro", if I would name this skin I would call him Owen
