This Wartortle is apart of a competition me and jonowono are doing to see who can make the best Pokémon skins.
we are doing the first 151 Pokémon in order so expect a lot of skins.
we are ranking each skins by downloads, views and diamonds.
whoever has the most for there 151 Pokémon wins.
