Welp. I got hte 400 subs.

And to the contest: its gonna have only a single round, With no more then 6 participants.

The Participants will need to upload their skin and comment the link here. You will have time to upload and/or join until 19 May, Midnight, Israel timezone. (Check time zones here)

The theme is Rulers; Queens, Kings and non binary rulers. It can be the Queen of Hearts. It can be your mary sue from when you were 11 who also was royalty. It can be a famous queen in history; Its up to you.

After everyone have submitted their skins, I and the judges will rate your submissions and choose our winner.

1ST PRIZE: Diamonds and Faves on your latest 50 submissions. POSSIBLY a doodle of your contest submission if I manage to get a tablet soon.
2TH PRIZE: Diamonds on your 20 latest submissions.
3TH PRIZE: Diamonds on your 10 latest submissions.
