Blu; an Edit

This is an edit of a popular teen skin. I went with a mainly blue pallette - and also edited the eyes, mouth and hair - as well as the clothing. This isn't my base - but it is my 'spin' on it.

P.S. The 'blu' in the title is meant to be spelt like that - I'm a fan of TF2; and Blu seems cool.
