Believe it or not Captain Canada was a Comic book character for a while before Captain America but he just like his Senpai who gave him power Captain Newfoundland were of a time when Canada was not receiving Comic books so Canada made their own heros and once America started giving Comic books again he faded into history like his Senpai.
