This is a character from the very well-loved game, UNDERTALE . I myself enjoy the game. This character has a small ice cream cart where he sells "Nice Cream," a health-regenerating item.
I thought it wouldn't be as overdone as say Papyrus or Sans, but I still wanted to make a skin from the game. Enjoy!
Also, all you haters of Undertale, take it elsewhere 'cause I'm not going to stand for it.
