Abilities: Inhuman reflexes, agility, and intelligence. Capable of taking down multiple assailants at once and hacking through any firewall or safeguard with ease.

Backstory--
Charlie is the biological twin sister of Anthony Edward Stark. At the age of 21, following the death of their parents in a staged car accident, she was kidnapped and drafted into Hydra. She has been in and out of cryo-freeze for the last 25 years, so her exact age is unclear.
