Down below the Nether, and high above in the wizard's tower, lies the Necromancer. Teaching himself the many taboo spells of raising the dead, and prolonging his lifespan. Ancient rituals and countless regenerative potions keeping his seemingly undead soul alive so he can continue his research. The banished gods and daedra have been merciful to him.
