This was a skin I made for my brother awhile back and I decided to post it here to get advice. No, I do not play much Fallout and prefer Skyrim (I've played 315+ hours into Skyrim.) Once again, give any advice on this skin. Since I mainly make female skins, I barely get any practice on male skins. So, yeah.
