this is a skin for my friend BlueDragon360 

it is supposed to be a Pokemon trainer (the white ring on the hat is like May's, but the hat is blue instead of red) 

the hair is Blonde fading to blue the top is blue with a white dragon on the back, it has black shorts, and very dark blue boots with blue laces 

I guess almost everything is blue :)
