I saw a really pretty Victorian dress today. So this was inspired by that. I feel like this girl is probably a blood magic user or vampire or something similarly blood-fueled, she's kinda creepy. In an elegant way, of course.
Also, I needed more practice with the hat/jacket layers, which dresses are good for. I've also never done a skin on the Alex model before.
Here's the 4-pixel arms if you're like me and prefer the Steve model. :)
