Well, so this is the first skin I've ever made. Or well posted anywhere. I just made this because it's a character from an anime that I really like. I still have a very, very, very long way to go when it comes to skinning, but I think it's decent for a first. The eyes were being experimented on so they might not look very good. I'm open to constructive criticism and I'm looking for a good skin making program/website as well. So if you know of one, let me know.
