My 2nd favorite character in the whole Halo series.
Thel 'Vadam (formerly Thel 'Vadamee), often simply referred to as the Arbiter, is the deuteragonist of Halo 2, a supporting protagonist in Halo 3, and the most prominent Sangheili shown throughout those games.
