Entry for Icarian and Witchis contest.
The theme was Heroes and Villians, and my partner JuiceTea made Harley Quinn (villian) so I made a character up called Harlett. Harlett is Harley's somewhat unidentical twin sister.
Harlett is the Hero, and Harley is /clearly/ the villian, like I said before.
Also, P21 is the creator of the ponytail design, so go give her some love and diamond and favourite a couple of her skins while you're there ;)))
