Hello people of Planet Minecraft, Cyber_dragon here and I am back with a new skin :D
Well, you may notice how the eyes are a "pixel" lower than what I normally do; I think that will make more people draw attention to it >:D
Seriously, my skins which had the 2 "pixels" below the eyes weren't very popular, were they?

The idea of this skin came from a skin on Miners Need Cool Shoes (Please don't ban me again....). I put the hoodie on the 1.8 layer and added the dress. (I also changed the hair colour to a darker shade of brown.
