This is an Ice Dragon from the latest three Kirby's Dreamland games Unless if you count Return to Dreamland as part of the subseries. Which it might be.
Anyways, this is an Ice Dragon from Kirby's Dreamland 2, 3, and Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. You remember that one painting that Adeline summoned in Kirby 64? That's this guy. It's a boss that is fought only really fought in Dreamland 2. It also shows up in the anime with a completely different design. It attacks with ice and snow.
