One of the many psychopathic kids from my personal favourite anime: assassination classroom (
Ansatsu Kyōshitsu) And if this dude just isn't kool enough, he even plays with little toy army tanks! - Really enjoyed skinning this guy and hope you enjoy!

This is also a work in progress and is by no means complete! Im not really happy with his back and blazer, and will probably redo some of it at a later date and i am planning on changing him to have 3px wide arms. If you have any tips then i would really appreciate them :)
