This is Josie from Josie and the Pussycats! It's a 70's cartoon with characters who bare a resemblance to some of the Scooby-Doo characters. It has some aspects that are similar to some other shows too.
Josie and the Pussycats is a show about an all-girl music band that got mixed up in strange adventures while on tours. The lead singer, Josie, is a level-headed guitarist. Of course there is the drummer, Melody, and Valerie, an intelligent girl who plays the tambourine.
