Meet Lemonhead: A once cannibal from the beautiful Monkey Island. In his later Life he lived on Blood Island with the rest of his meanwhile vegetarian tribe, till a mighty pirat threw some cheese into the lactose intolerant volcano near their village, which caused it to erupt. After this event his story is not told furthermore, but he seems to have gathered a new blocky home.
