Manny "Born With Thick Skin" Pardo is a playable character in Hotline Miami 2 and is known as Miami's greatest detective. During the game's events, he's found looking for the infamous Miami Mutilator. Manny happens to be a very handsome man; he seems to have gotten all the good genes too.
