Decided to attempt to make a character that I've recently taken a liking to mainly because of his portrayal by Jeremy Renner in the MCU. I don't really have much to say about Hawkeye, but I hope anyone that uses this will enjoy it.
NOTE: Skin will only function in 1.8+ so please take that into consideration upon use.
