Fat Boom Sonic

I was meaning to make this for a while. I used the Sonic 2 skin as a base the last time because that was a pretty fat skin, but that was taken down because it was "stealing skins from other players"

So I decided to make my first 1.8 skin, and it's going to pronounce how fat he is by bulging his stomach, and it's going to pronounce what he wears, too.

(Mind the url, I was originally going to make this into a 1.8 Megaman skin, but I wanted to play around with the 1.8 features better than that.)

Made texture fix to bulge stomach
Widened rest of torso
Fixed ears
Fixed Skin Tone to Classic Sonic's "Piggy" skin tone
