Numair Ramil, otherwise known as Panther of the Sand. He wears two sashes, one is leather (brown, going from right to left). The other is cloth (white, going from left to right). He wears a head cloth that can be removed in 1.8.x+ versions. This piece was derived from Gaara of the Sand.
