It's winter over here in the New York metropolitan area (4°F as of writing!), so here's NYPD Officer Johnson bundled up in his winter uniform.
It's recommended that you don't remove the hat, because underneath are.. More parts of the hat. Instead, here's a version of the skin without the hat, and a proper head of.. Well, no hair this time.
