Another OC .3.

Her 'mini' story:

She's a some what 'neko' kind, silly, weird and loves bows o3o!

I made her in a role play X3!!

She's supposed to have kitten leggings/socks... a sky blue skirt and a white tank top. Along with bows around her waist ^3^ She's also supposed to have glasses but.... I didn't add them...
