Hi! This is my 29th PMC uploaded skin :) Sorry, I have not posted in a while. I have been struggling with ideas and such, but i'm starting to get a hang of more outfit styles now, so I should hopefully be able to post more often. Opinions and advice, always appreciated!

Skin description: 4 pixel arms (steve model), female, black hair with big buns held by pink and green pastel hair elastics, pastel purple and blue earrings, pastel green and pink eyes, pastel top that shows tummy, pastel blue skirt, and of course pastel green and pink monster high boots. :3
