This is Plague Knight from Shovel Knight. He's an insane alchemist who loves explosions. Kind of like many Minecraft players. His design is based off of a short, cloaked plague doctor. He is the first boss of the game to have his own playable DLC. Hurrah for lame explanations!!
Good lord, this skin took forever. The mask design is a nightmare.
