It is supposed to represent Rayman, the limbless hero from the Rayman franchise, a gaming series. I don't know much about the games themselves, I just liked the design of the main protagonist, Rayman XD

The light blue used is supposed to be nothing, since transparency on the first layer of skins is apparently not allowed.
