Red from Pokémon Origins! I was going to do the video game design, but I decided against it and picked Origins instead. Red is the main character in Pokémon Origins and goes on a journey to complete the pokédex.
Also, his voice actor in the English dub is Bryce Papenbrook who voiced a lot of other characters in shows and games. Some are Masaomi Kida from Durarara!!, Kirito from Sword Art Online, Eren from Attack on Titan, Chat/Cat Noir/Adrien Agreste from Miraculous Ladybug, and as noted, a lot of others.
