This skin is a Retro Dancer from the 70's
Story ~
Back in the 70's there were a heap of cool costumes!
They were nearly always a heap of different shaded, vibrant colours.
The dress from above included animated flowers and very eye popping colours.
We tried to remake the costume from the image above as good as we could.
