So yeah, this is Rock Howard from Garou Msrk of the Wolves. I really wanted to do something other than another goddamn anime girl, so I decided to do Rock. He's the son of the crime lord Geese Howard, but he's not a bad guy like him. Since he was mentored by Terry Bogard, he has a mix of Terry's and Geese's moves.
