In the year 2099 in an alternate universe, Miguel O'Hara becomes involved in an accident with fuses his DNA with a spider's. With all-new powers from the original Spider-Man like retractable talons and accelerated vision, he becomes the Spider-Man of his time, fighting against the villains created by Alchemax, a corporation that is prone to accidents and the former workplace of Miguel.
