Another superhero of my design, The Manhattan Mage.
His ability is pretty straight forward: He can, using the right materials, create any spell than allows him to do anything. ex: Shoot magic beams or create a wall of fire.
You can use his abilities with the Ars Magica 2 mod featured in my collection: Superhero Roleplays
