We all know that one girl or boy who mixes up their uniform so much that they get glares from the teacher, yet... it isn't entirely "illegal" to wear.
See, they wear their uniform... But... They don't wear the jumper, or the blazer, and some even cut the sleeves off the shirt. They wear skirts shorter than they should be (girls mostly) or they wear the wrong shoes or something. Yet the teachers don't tell them off.
Then when you forget your jumper you get like 50 uniform violation points.
