The Seventh Incarnation of the Doctor - Sylvester McCoy - Was the last Doctor in Classic Doctor Who beginning in 1987 before the show was canceled in 1989. He would later appear again in the 90's in the Doctor Who TV Movie and regenerate into the Eighth Doctor around the beginning of the movie after getting shot by gang members and failing surgery after that.
