If you've played Fallout 4, by know you should know who this individual is, lurking in the shadows with his Silver Shooter, waiting to put a .45 through the head of a criminal. May I introduce you, 'The Silver Shroud', a creation of Bethesda Game Studios.

All I've done was put him in a blockey, pixel packaged skin for you all to wear like the sick Hannibal Lecter's you are.

Please for the love of all that is common decency, don't post this skin anywhere else, claim it as your own, and just enjoy it for Pete's own sake.
