There is always happiness inside us,
because how else would we get through
our depressing day,
maybe its your families comfort,
or rather your friends.
They helped you through the dark
times because how else would you
end up failing to kill yourself,
but end up being cared.
You are never alone despite how
much you convince yourself that
you're the only one suffering,
that no one understands
what your going through.
Everyone understands, because
they've been in pain, they know
how it feels to be damaged.
Don't suck up your tears or anger,
let it all out to end up being relieved
from the ton weighing down on your back.
