I made this skin to go along with my Airi skin. I actually don't usually design bright pastel skins like this, but I need to for the part of the map I'm working on. XP Tried to go for a circus-y theme for this character because I love circus stuff. ~(*-*~)
Don't know how I feel about the hair. It's hard working with white colors because I either end up making them too light or too dark to be white. Oh well. :P
