I've been looking around on this site for a long while, but I've never seen ANYONE upload a Skin of this guy!
so i decided to make my own, the Shading has been updated along with the rest of the Skin, though i still give credit to Drazile12
and Legoskeleton for inspiration for the Shading on the Skin.
Valoo is from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker,
he is the Guardian of the Rito Tribe and is usually seen on Dragon Roost Island,
he assists Link throughout his adventure later on by telling Link of the whereabouts of Jabun,
as well as rescuing Link and Tetra from the hands of Ganondorf and burning down The Forsaken Fortress.
