2 in 1 skin. Greatcoat as the overlayer and the regular uniform under. Includes a Tokarev holster on the side.
Based off of a WW2 era NKVD (KGB) Commissar.
This skin is based off of Greadam's "Soviet Commissar" but has been heavily edited, the only thing remaining is the face and the shirt (Which has been VERY edited)
