Meet Eltu!
Eltu is a curious and inventive Archoboan. Archoboans are bird-like humanoids with the intelligence of humans. Eltu was given the ability to command the power and direction of the wind as a result of an experiment that was conducted upon him. Dr. Billiam Wood, the scientist behind the experiment and a friend of Eltu's, conducted the experiment and equipped Eltu with a variety of gadgets to aid him in vanquishing an evil threatening to tear his planet to pieces.
Eltu is distinguishable from others because of his navy blue plumage, aviator goggles, brown leather jacket, and bouncy personality.
